I love to talk about lamb, especially Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured Lamb. I will be dropping in regularly to writing about the different cuts of lamb, advising you on how to use each cut. Posting and reviewing recipes and making you all aware of the vast health benefits on increasing your use of lamb as a meal protein.
Along with this I'll be bringing you facts, for example why the farm quality assurance scheme was developed, what it means to you the consumer and I hope we have a bit of fun along the way.
